We know that shipping costs and customs duties can sometimes make it difficult to obtain copies of the LEGS Handbook. Recent distribution attempts have highlighted these challenges, and we’ve also received requests over the years about the possibility of printing locally.
We’re therefore pleased to announce that Practical Action Publishing has provided an authorisation letter allowing LEGS users to arrange local printing of the Handbook in their own country (except in the UK, US and Australia). This new option should make it easier, faster, and more affordable for organisations and practitioners to access the Handbook when and where they need it – supporting training, programme design, and field use in a timely way.
To help maintain the quality and integrity of the Handbook, please note the following:
- The Handbook must be printed in full, including the copyright page
- No additional logos or branding should be added
- A set of technical printing specifications is available on request.
If you do arrange local printing, please let us know so we can keep a record of these initiatives. Your feedback on reliable local printers is also welcome, as it will help Practical Action Publishing grow its network of trusted printing partners worldwide.
